Tiffany Unruh

Dr. Tiffany Unruh is a seasoned educator and professional learning specialist with a wealth of experience in curriculum and instruction. She holds an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership, with a specialization in Curriculum and Instruction, from the University of Houston Clear Lake, where she also earned an M.S. in Biological Sciences, with a focus on Toxicological effects of superfund sites in environmental systems, and a B.S. in Biological Sciences, with a specialization in Ecology & Microbiology.

Dr. Unruh’s educational expertise extends to data analytics, research, and evaluation. She has designed, delivered, and administered student engagement surveys, evaluated instructional effectiveness, analyzed professional learning effectiveness, and generated graphics to display trends and patterns in data. Her work has helped district leaders make informed decisions, improve instructional practices, and enhance student outcomes.

As a cornerstone of her work in professional learning, Dr. Unruh has also led the development of instructional and leadership learning videos, designed and developed online professional learning experiences, and collaborated with teacher leadership groups such as Instructional Coaches and campus leaders to streamline processes and improve support structures. She believes that developing customized plans to meet the needs of those she works with is of critical importance. She brings over 15 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering professional learning for teacher and administrative groups across the country
